I've never liked Bootcamp as it was never as smooth as Parallels in any applications for me and it doesn't access my Nvidia Video card as smoothly as a direct CPU link.
Of course the default Parallels video interface is terrible and won't work with the wrappers anyway, so that only leaves Bootcamp as an option. If your Mac is equal, (CPU, RAM, Graphics capabilities, etc.) the Codeweaver wrapper actually runs faster (higher fps and better ping) and much smoother (less lag) than the Windows version through Parallels or Bootcamp.
Many of the nay sayers from the Windows side don't bother to mention that they are using high performance "specialized" gaming rigs, that were built for and really aren't good for anything but gaming.
